Bum Energy Pouches

Placement: Put one pouch between your lip and gum or inside your cheek.

• Duration: Keep the pouch in place for 15–40 minutes, as most of the caffeine and Cognizin absorb during this window.
• Disposal: Remove the used pouch and place it in the designated top compartment of the BUM Energy container.
• Dosage: Each pouch contains 30mg of caffeine and 125mg of Cognizin. Users typically consume one in the morning and another in the afternoon, making sure to stay well under the general daily safe caffeine limit of 400mg. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
